A momma fox brought her two kits into the pasture tonight to play. We sat down to dinner and watched them romp around. They were busy practicing their skills on grasshoppers. So cute!! Momma just lay in the sun and relaxed.

This orbweaver has shed it’s skin and is resting. These spiders are really abundant here but we don’t mind. They don’t bother us at all and since they are large they eat a lot of insects.

Tea found this little fellow in the horse pasture. He almost got under foot. I love frogs.

Barney and Rose Petal are best of friends even though there is a 1700 lb difference between them and she could walk right under his belly. He lays down so she can scratch his back for him and she rests her head on his feet or neck when they are laying down resting. So sweet to see.

For a horse, comfort food is grass. Today was the first day that the minis got turned out into the big pasture and little Yoshi wasn’t sure what to do with it all.

I love this view. I took it with my iphone 4s and zoomed in so it was quite pixelated so I did a Venice painting filter on it. The colors are what I saw. The field is canola. I am sooooo allergic to it but it is so pretty. I am glad the crop is almost done though.
