The deer trail to our hay. It is a little hard to see but there are hoof prints all along there. I didn’t take any photos today so I had to use something from yesterday and there wasn’t really anything to choose from. I am getting really tired of winter photos.

I love this shot. I think the little chickadee was asking the woodpecker if he would mind sharing the feeder but the answer must have been no because the chickadee never got any closer than this. So cute the way it is leaning out and peeking around the corner.

Just now I got lucky to see this beautiful Mule deer buck in our pasture. He must have just shed his antlers. Look at that big muscular neck. He is a healthy boy and enjoying our hay along with the 4 does and 3 fawns. Our yard is getting full when you add them to our 2 miniature donkeys, 9 miniature horses and a draft horse. I hope I have enough hay to get through.

My husband’s band C. Alice with the band Doug & the Slugs. C. Alice members are Dave Long on the far left, my husband Rob Lanctot second from left, Dano Laflamme second from right and Ron deBoon on the far right. In the middle are 5 of the 6 members of Doug & the Slugs. It was a great time and they all put on a fantastic performance. Missing is the opening act, No Limitz.

My husband plays in a classic rock band named C. Alice and they had a gig last night opening up for a Canadian band from the 80s named Doug and the Slugs. It was a great time!!
