Winter Fun Day

It finally warmed up enough to go play in the snow yesterday!  We have been having temperatures in the -28c to -34c range.  Brrrr.  Yesterday it made it to -10c when we were outside.

Christmas Concert

Last night was our Son’s Christmas concert.  He is in grade 2 this year and boy is he growing up.  My boy.  *sigh*  Anyways, it was a nice concert and I got some nice pictures from way over to the side.  They really pack us parents and grandparents in.  lol

Westie Snow Day

Sunday was a beautiful day here so we were all outside.  The snow is getting deep here so it is a real workout for little Fiona.  Here she is saying “It’s deep Mom, I don’t know…..”

She is so dang cute! She was pretty tired after all of her fun. I was too. lol

Luggage Theme #179

My husband’s briefcase.  And that is a wrap folks.  This is my last theme for 2012!!  Yippee!  I did it 2 years in a row.  Now I have a little break until I start the 2013 challenge.  You can sign up and join in on the Elements Village website at http://www.elementsvillage.com/forums/ in the Pixel Hangout forum.  Myself and another forum member have made the list of themes which is also posted there.  I have learned so much doing these challenges and really pushed myself out of the box.  It is wonderful fun to do and following others doing the same thing is a great support!  So neat to see others’ take on the themes.  Fantastic photographers out there!  So come join the fun!  So from now till then I will just post fun pictures.  Happy Holidays everyone!!

Pretty and Sweet

This morning’s sunrise was pretty in pink. 

Fiona says “Can I come in?  Baby, it’s cold outside.”  lol.  She paws at the window behind my head when she wants in.  Hence the pawed up dirty glass.
