Full Moon

Well, I am down with the flu hence no posts for a bit.  Feeling a smidge better right now so I thought I would post this full moon shot I took on monday I think it was.  If you look closely you can see the trees which will give you an idea of how big the moon looked.  So pretty!

Critters

Xmas Christmas Theme #363

A poinsettia in club soda!  lol  It didn’t quite work the way I had planned but I like the way it turned out.

Beautiful Tree

My Grandmother was an artist and I loved when she would give me art lessons.  She loved old buildings and crooked trees.  She said they were far more interesting than the perfect ones.  Now I can’t help but look for crooked trees and old buildings.  lol.  Anyways, this tree is some sort of a pine tree.  It died from the Pine Beetle.  Alberta has been having a horrible time with them.  It is sad that it killed this tree but the flip side is that it exposed the beautifully interesting branches!

My Westie

My sweet Fiona is one of the lights of my life!!  She is full of character and so much fun.  I love this little girl, she always makes me smile!  Today we watched the National Dog Show and she was most entertained.  I think she figures she could do it too.  tee hee

Frost

As I said, I love hoar frost!  One of our trees was just thick with it yesterday.  I was playing with a free trial version of On One Perfect Effects 3.  I’m not sure what I ended up using but I like the effect.

Sheds

The sheds across the road from us.  Those who have been following me for a while have seen these sheds before in different seasons.  I just love the character of them.
