Dairy Theme #67
These dairy cows are across the field from my house. They were having a nice morning grazing on the cut alfalfa field before it was milking time again. I used PSE9 to crop them and Topaz Adjust to add the detailed filter since the photos were originally a little
flat. I couldn’t decide which one to use so I used them both! There was a third one but I can’t seem to find where I saved it. My brain just isn’t functioning these days. *sigh*

I thought Alfalfa, was one of Hal Roach’s “Our Gang” I didn’t know that he had moved to the country! LOL

I like the first one best. The last one displays funny on my screen. It has halos around the edges of the cows and around the cow spots.

Dear diary, lol. My pick for the dairy cows would be #1 it has the greatest visual interest with the cow in foreground facing camera, the distance of the cows laying down behind her and the finishing touch in the panorama showing the rolls of baled alfalfa.

I like the middle one, where they are looking at the camera. I wonder what they expect ? I like those rolled hay bales too. There are some blue halos in the bottom two, Topaz can stress things I never notice before using the filters.

Thank you all. Ellen and everyone, how do I get rid of the halos? Is it something I am doing wrong in the first place or overprocessing? Ron, Alfalfa has been prolific, he is all over the place out here! lol
